Ingredients

1/3 c. yellow cornmeal
approximately 2 c. flour
2 tsp. olive oil
1 large onion, minced
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt
3 medium tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella
3 1/2 oz. pitted ripe olives
3 1/2 oz. sliced pepperoni
2 oz. anchovy fillets (optional)
1/4 c. packed thinly sliced basil
1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
Preparation

About 1 1/4 hours before serving:
In medium bowl, put cornmeal and 2 cups flour.
Gradually stir in 3/4 cup cold water with fork until mixture becomes stiff and leaves side of bowl. Knead dough 2 minutes or until smooth.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let rise 15 minutes.
