Sausage Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1 roll refrigerated pizza dough
    mustard
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onion.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Roll dough out on a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.
    (Spray with Pam first.) Spread about 1 tablespoon of mustard over the dough.
