Orphan Annie Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    salt and pepper
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    3 cut up onions
    5 potatoes, cut up bite size
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 tsp. sugar
    6 carrots, bite size
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 bread crust, cubed
    4 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Do not brown meat.
    Mix all in casserole or Dutch oven.
    Bake covered at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
