Ambrosia Parfaits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. mandarin oranges
    1/3 c. pineapple pieces
    1/3 c. sliced banana
    2 Tbsp. toasted coconut
    2 Tbsp. Grape-Nuts cereal
    1 c. vanilla nonfat yogurt
Preparation
    Combine oranges, pineapple and banana.
    Mix coconut with cereal.
    In 2 dessert glasses layer fruit, coconut, yogurt, fruit, coconut, yogurt, coconut.
    Top each with one mandarin orange.
