Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter (real butter)
    2/3 c. solid Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 c. milk
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. Watkins coconut flavoring
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream together butter, Crisco and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
    Add milk and flour alternately. Beat all together for about 2 minutes.
    Add flavoring and coconut. Spray Bundt pan with Pam.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until knife comes out clean.
    Check closely.
