Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium squash
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. canned milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    5 double saltines crackers, crumbled or 1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    4 slices cheese, broken in pieces
Preparation
    Wash and trim squash.
    Cover with water; boil until done.
    Add onion.
    Drain well.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Place in 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
