Cream Chicken Breasts With French Onion Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 bag herb bread stuffing (use 1 1/2 c.)
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. rice
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 can French onion soup
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch dish and put chicken in single layer. Place sliced cheese on top of chicken.
    Mix chicken soup and water and spread on top of cheese.
    Top with stuffing.
    Pour melted butter or margarine over the
    top.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
