Ingredients

3 lb. corned beef
1 garlic clove
1 bay leaf
4 peppercorns
1/4 c. apple juice
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Cover beef with water.
Add garlic, bay leaf and peppercorns. Cover.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 3 hours until tender.
Remove.
