Baked Spaghetti(Makes 12 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 can diced tomatoes (with juice)
1 can mushrooms, drained
2 1/4 oz. ripe olives, sliced
2 tsp. dried oregano
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
12 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

Saute onions and green pepper in margarine. When tender, add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano. Simmer 10 minutes. (Add beef if desired.) Place half of the spaghetti in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with half of the tomato mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese. Repeat layers. Mix the soup and water and pour over casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through.
