Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. macaroni
1 large can evaporated milk
1 stick margarine, cut in pieces
2 eggs, slightly beaten
salt and pepper
8 oz. extra sharp cheese (Cheddar)
Preparation

Cook
macaroni\tin
boiling
water.
In small saucepan, pour milk.
Add\teggs
and heat.
Stir with fork and mix well. Add margarine, salt and pepper.
Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Set aside.
Grate cheese.
Put a layer of macaroni,\tlayer of sauce and a layer of cheese.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is light brown.
