Ingredients

2 cans beets
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. ketchup
20 cloves (more or less)
Preparation

Drain juice off 1 can of beets.
Add remaining ingredients together (except cloves) and boil until thick.
Pour over beets and cloves.
Put in refrigerator until cold.
