Everlasting Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1 can tomatoes
1 small jar pimentos, drained
2 carrots, grated
1 c. apple cider vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. each: salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Combine all vegetables.
In saucepan, mix the vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and celery seed.
Bring to a boil; stir until sugar is melted.
Pour over vegetables.
Store in glass container.
Do not use plastic.
The slaw will keep until you use it.
