Easy Cheesecake Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 slightly beaten egg yolk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 egg yolk
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    To prepare crust:
    Combine the 3/4 cup flour, the 3 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of the lemon peel.
    Cut in butter or margarine until crumbly.
    Stir in 1 slightly beaten egg yolk and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla.
    Pat 1/3 of the dough onto the bottom of an 8-inch or 9-inch spring-form pan (with sides removed).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 7 minutes or until golden; cool.
    Butter sides of pan; attach to bottom.
    Pat remaining dough onto sides of the pan, about 1 3/4 inches high.
    Beat softened cream cheese, remaining lemon peel and remaining vanilla until fluffy.
    Stir in 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and salt; stir into cream cheese mixture.
    Add 2 eggs and 1 egg yolk; beat until blended.
    Add milk.
    Turn into crust lined pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce to 300\u00b0; bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
    Cool 15 minutes.
    Loosen sides of cheesecake from pan with a spatula.
    Cool 30 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Cool 2 hours longer.
