Garlic Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. water
    1 c. quick grits
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 lb. oleo
    1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cornflakes
Preparation
    Cook grits according to package directions and cool 15 minutes. Melt oleo and cheese roll and add to grits.
    Beat eggs with milk and stir in grits.
    Pour into greased dish and top with cornflakes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes (double for 10 people).
