Cashew Topped Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, partially thawed
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 c. salted cashew nuts
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Place large size (14 x 20-inch) oven cooking bag in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Arrange broccoli spears in bag, placing stems to outside of baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over broccoli spears.
Close bag with nylon tie, rubber bands, string or 1/2-inch strip cut from open end of bag.
Make 6 half inch slits in top.
Microcook on 100% power for 5 to 6 minutes or until broccoli is tender, turning dish once.
Makes 6 servings.
