Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. thinly sliced apples
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    double pastry
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except butter.
    Let stand about 15 minutes.
    Pour into pastry lined 9-inch pie pan.
    Dot with butter. Add top crust.
    Seal and flute edges.
    Cut and open slits in top crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until syrup boils with heavy bubbles that do not burst, 45 to 55 minutes.
    Cool before cutting.
