Tomato Broccoli Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli, cut up
    2 diced tomatoes
    1 small onion, sliced
    4 oz. Feta cheese, cut into small pieces
    olive oil
Preparation
    Cover bottom of skillet with generous amount of oil.
    Add broccoli, onion and tomatoes.
    Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Broccoli should be tender, not mushy.
    Remove from heat.
    Add cheese and quickly cover.
    Allow to stand for 3 minutes.
    Stir together and serve.
