Black Walnut Jiffy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. soft butter
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. (4 1/2 oz.) black walnuts
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 large or 6 medium eggs
Preparation
    Drop ingredients into large bowl of electric mixer in order given. Beat at high speed 5 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool upright before removing from pan.
