No Knead Bread Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. milk (scald and cool)
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve 1 package yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
    Scald and cool 1/2 cup milk.
    Add 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Add to yeast.
    Then add 2 cups flour and beat well.
    Add 1 egg, 3 tablespoons melted butter and 1 cup flour.
    Let rise until double.
    Make into rolls.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
