Sally'S Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean pork
    1 tsp. oil
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 small chopped onions
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Saute pork in oil.
    Add and simmer next 6 ingredients.
    Stir in 1 can chop suey vegetables and 1 can bean sprouts.
    Heat until warm.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
