Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
pinch of salt
3 egg yolks
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
Preparation

Sift sugar, flour, cocoa and salt.
Beat egg yolks and milk. Stir egg and milk mixture into dry ingredients to form a smooth paste, then stir in remaining liquid.
Stir constantly until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
Continue stirring about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and butter.
Pour into a baked 9-inch pie shell.
