Lemon Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 egg whites
4 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff, add yolks and vanilla, mix well. Add
sugar
and blend. Sift flour and baking powder and add
to egg
mixture.
Mix
well.
Pour
batter
into a large cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to
25 minutes.
Invert
cake on cup towel and roll up.
Cool completely.
