Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. basil
    2 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
    1 can crescent roll dough
    sliced tomatoes
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute zucchini and onions in margarine; add spices.
    In large bowl, beat eggs.
    Add shredded cheese.
    Add zucchini.
    Press rolls into pie plate to form crust; add zucchini mixture.
    Cover with sliced tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes (cover edges with foil to prevent overbrowning).
    Remove foil last 10 minutes of baking time.
