Ingredients

2 c. cooked brown rice
1 c. shredded Mozzarella
1 egg, beaten
handful of parsley
1 Tbsp. sage, oregano or Bell's seasoning
Preparation

Crust:
Beat egg. Add herb seasonings.
Add rice and mix thoroughly.
Oil pizza pan or pie plate.
Press mixture into pan thinly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes (can be stored in refrigerator/freezer at this stage).
