Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. apples, diced and peeled
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    raisins (add; optional)
Preparation
    Beat the oil, apples, nuts, eggs and sugar by hand. Then add the flour, soda, salt and vanilla. Add raisins (optional). Bake at 350\u00b0 in tube pan for 90 minutes or 2 loaf pans for 60 minutes.
