Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained
    1 medium onion, minced fine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. oat bran
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
    4 eggs whites or egg substitute for 2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and make 8 patties shaped like hamburgers.
    Spray a nonstick pan with Pam and fry until crisp.
