Spinach On The Side - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can chopped water chestnuts
    1 small container sour cream
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    bread crumbs (Italian style)
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to directions; drain well.
    Add next 4 ingredients, 1/4 cup bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
    Mix well.
    Place mixture in a casserole dish.
    Top with one layer of bread crumbs and one layer of Parmesan cheese. Drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons melted butter over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Top should be lightly browned.
