Japanese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boiled, deboned and shredded
    5 carrots, sliced
    5 stalks celery, sliced
    5 fried eggs, hard and then cut up
    1 can bamboo shoots
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 can bean sprouts
    2 small bottles soy sauce
    1 small box Minute rice (3 c. water and 3 c. rice)
    2 handfuls snow peas (fresh)
    2 bunches green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts and shred.
    Cook rice.
    Saute carrots, celery and onions until tender.
    Add rice, chicken and soy sauce (medium heat).
    Keep tossing.
    Add bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, eggs, snow peas and more soy sauce.
    Keep tossing and adding soy sauce as you add ingredients.
    Remove from heat. Cover and let set a few minutes.
