Ground Turkey In Onion Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    2 medium onions
    3 buds freshly chopped garlic
    2 Tbsp. roux
    1 slice diet bread crumbs
    1/2 Tbsp. kitchen ???
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Mix ground turkey and garlic (reserve 1 teaspoon of garlic for gravy).
    Chop 1/2 of 1 onion and bread crumbs.
    Form 6 patties. Place in baking pan and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, then drain off fat.
    Mix water, roux and garlic.
    Pour over meat.
    Slice rest of onions, cover and return to oven.
    Cook 30 more minutes, covered.
    Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
    Serves 6.
