Viv'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    2 cans water (I use the empty tomato cans)
    1 can tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    3 Tbsp. cumin
    salt and pepper to taste
    hot sauce to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onions, bell pepper, celery and garlic. Drain off fat.
    Combine with the rest of the ingredients.
    Simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
    Add water as needed.
    Serve with crackers.
    This is really good on cold winter days.
