Homemade Cottage Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium potatoes
    2 to 3 carrots, chopped (optional)
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
Preparation
    Leave skins on and wash potatoes thoroughly.
    Slice potatoes in wedges or in rounds.
    Layer in 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
    Chop carrots in rounds and slice onion; add to potatoes. Sprinkle on seasoning and bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
