French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 med. onions, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 cans beef broth
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    4 pieces of french bread torn into bite-sized pieces
    shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In saucepan cook onions in margarine until tender.
    Add broth, water, worcestershire sauce.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer covered for 25 minutes.
    Put bread into 4 oven proof bowls. Pour mixture over bread and sprinkle top of broth with mozzarella cheese.
    Broil until cheese melts and is slightly brown. Serves 4.
