Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen, cooked, deboned and diced
    1 lemon
    1 large celery stalk, diced
    3 small sprigs green onions, sliced thin
    1/2 cucumber, peeled and cubed
    1 pkg. sliced almonds
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. mayonnaise or just enough to hold together
Preparation
    Squeeze juice from lemon over chicken and let stand for 10 minutes.
    Mix
    chicken,
    celery, onions and cucumbers with mayonnaise,
    salt
    and pepper.
    Refrigerate.
    Add almonds just before serving.
