Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 bunches fresh broccoli, chopped
1 medium Vidalia onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
1 lb. bacon, crisp and crumbled
Preparation

Mix well and let sit overnight before serving.
Serves 6 to 8.
