Forgotten Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cubed stew meat (do not brown)
1 onion, in large chunks
2 medium potatoes, cut into large chunks
2 carrots, in large chunks
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Put into covered casserole and cook for 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
(Mix the soup and water separately and pour over the other ingredients. This makes a rich, brown gravy.)
