Shoyu Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 chicken wings
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2-inch fresh ginger root, crushed
Preparation
    Disjoint wings, discarding tips.
    Combine ingredients. Marinate at least 2 hours.
    Place wings in a single layer in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes. Best cooked just before serving.
    Great for feeding a bunch of hungry kids!
