Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 green peppers
1 large onion
5 sausages (take out of casing)
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
1 loaf Bridgefort dough

Preparation

Spread dough on cookie sheet.
Saute sausage, onion and peppers.
Sprinkle all ingredients onto center of dough.
Fold closed.
Brush with raw, scrambled egg.
Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
