Banana Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups all purpose flour
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 cup ripe bananas (3) mashed
    1 cup grated carrots
    3/4 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 X 5 X 3 inch loaf pan.
    In a mixing bowl combine oil and sugar.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; gradually add to the creamed mixture alternating with bananas.
    Stir in carrots and pecans.
    Pour batter into the greased loaf pan.
    Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
    Makes one loaf.
