Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 1/4 c. corn meal
 
1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/8 c. milk
3 Tbsp. melted shortening
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all ingredients together well and bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan until done at 400\u00b0.
