Low-Fat Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. nonfat cream cheese
    3/4 c. skim evaporated milk
    1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. lean ground turkey
    1 large onion
    1 pkg. yolkless egg noodles
    1 small pkg. frozen corn (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground turkey and onion.
    While this cooks, put cream cheese, evaporated milk and soup into another large saucepan.
    Stir until melted together; set aside.
    Undercook your noodles by a minute or two and drain.
    Stir all ingredients together.
    Add frozen corn if using.
    Pour in a 2 to 3-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Serves four.
