Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 layer) pkg. butter type yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Combine cake mix, eggs, butter, water and cinnamon in large bowl.
Beat at low speed with electric mixer until moistened.
Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Stir in zucchini.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Sprinkle with walnuts.
Bake in preheated oven 30 to 35 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Dust with confectioners sugar or drizzle with glaze, if desired.
