Sunny Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sliced potatoes
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. pimiento strips
Preparation

Coat potatoes with flour and seasonings.
Place in 11 x 7-inch dish.
Heat cheese and milk over low heat.
Add green peppers, onion and pimiento.
Pour over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
