Carrot Casserole(Lisa'S Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 carrots
    1 small onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    2 c. milk
    Cheddar cheese slices
Preparation
    Cook carrots sliced crosswise.
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Add flour, salt and dry mustard, mixed together.
    Add milk and cook until thick.
    Remove from heat and add celery seed.
    Layer carrots, slices of Cheddar cheese and milk mixture into casserole dish.
    Cover with milk mixture and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cover with buttered bread crumbs the last 5 minutes.
