Dilly Casserole Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
1 c. large curd creamed cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Sprinkle yeast over warm water; stir to dissolve.
Heat cottage cheese until warm.
Combine in mixing bowl the sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, baking soda, egg and yeast.
Add flour, a little at a time, to make a stiff batter, beating well after each addition.
Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled (50 to 60 minutes).
Stir down with 25 vigorous strokes.
