Frozen Mocha Sundae Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. coffee ice cream
    18 Oreo cookies, crushed
    1/3 c. melted butter
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. evaporated milk (undiluted)
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Crush cookies into fine crumbs; combine with melted butter. Press into sides and bottom of 9-inch metal pie plate.
    Freeze. Melt chocolate and stir in sugar and butter; add evaporated milk slowly.
    Cook mixture until thickened, stirring constantly; chill. Fill crust with slightly softened ice cream.
    Freeze again until hard.
    Spread cooled chocolate mixture over ice cream.
    Sprinkle with walnuts.
    Freeze until ready to serve.
