Rhubarb-Cherry Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vegetable oil or margarine
3/4 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 c. flour or whole wheat flour
1/2 c. egg substitute
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. flour
2 c. rhubarb, sliced
2 c. cherries or strawberries, sliced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Mix together the first 4 ingredients until crumbly.
Press 1/2 into bottom of square pan.
Mix remaining ingredients together.
Pour over crust.
Sprinkle remaining crust on top.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
