Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 stick melted margarine
Preparation

Cut up and stew potatoes to fill 9 x 13-inch pan, drained. Mix remaining ingredients. Spoon over potatoes. Top with cracker crumbs. Melt 1/2 stick margarine and pour on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 approximately 40 minutes, until brown and bubbly.
