Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. rice, uncooked
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. sauce
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix together ground chuck, garlic powder, salt, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, rice, pepper and 1/2 cup sauce.
    Cook cabbage until tender.
    Cut off leaves; mix filling ingredients and roll in fist size balls.
    Wrap each ball in cabbage leaf.
    Place in casserole and cover with tomato sauce.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
