Creamed Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe

4 c. whole Brussels sprouts, quartered or halved if big
cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Place the Brussels sprouts in a baking dish.
Pour enough cream over them to cover the bottom of the dish, 1/2-inch. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
