Black-Eyed Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. dried black-eyed peas
    2 slices bacon
    1 medium onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 lb. spinach leaves
    4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Sort and wash peas; place in Dutch oven.
    Add 2 slices bacon and next 4 ingredients.
    Bring to a boil; cover.
    Reduce heat and simmer 40 minutes or until peas are tender; drain and discard bacon, onion and garlic.
